The programme commenced on Tuesday 3rd September, 2024 and the registration deadline was on 1st October, 2024, failure to register by this deadline will be assumed to mean that you are no longer interested in this course and will consequently forfeit this offer.
This offer is made on the basis of your application through the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Services (KUCCPS) portal and is subject to verification by the University. It is also subject to your agreement to adhere to the School Rules and regulations Governing the Conduct and Discipline of students of the Co-operative University of Kenya. Kindly note that at the time of admission you will be required to produce this Admission Letter and originals & copies of the following documents: KCSE Result Slip, School Leaving Certificate, National ID or Birth Certificate and all the New Students Admission Forms and Medical examination forms.
Following your placement in this institution, you are eligible for a Government Scholarship, Loan and Bursary to assist with your educational expenses. If you need Government financial support, you MUST make an application for consideration through the official website https://portal.hef.co.ke/auth/signin. In case the Government Scholarship, Loan and Bursary do not cover the entire cost of your program, the deficit will be met by your parent/guardian.
This offer does not guarantee you a place in the Halls of Residence. Instructions on how to apply for accommodation are detailed in the joining instructions. Kindly note that some units shall be offered through eLearning platform (online) and therefore it is mandatory to have a personal laptop.

Download and fill in all the new students admission forms, which you will be required to upload online on the Students Management System (UNIPLUS) and to submit original copies on the reporting day.
